WELCOME TO OUR PROJECT-WORKSPACE
On this page we will inform you about our yearly youth excange project on an USAR training (Urban Search and Rescue). Every summer youngsters from different organizations come to Germany, hosted by THW-Jugend Team International and learn how to handle disaster relief after a earthquake.
PARTNERS OF OUR USAR ´12 WILL BE:
This summer 2012 we will look forward for a training and practice week with four platoons. Four states will take part, two or three will send observers.

PROJECT OBJECTIVES
Help after heavy disasters like earthquakes, floods or storms are a task for the international community. The tasks will be explained by people. People, who are ready to perform fast, even if it means to put oneself in danger. These young humanitarian aid workers will have to work with colleagues from different nations as one team. Young people must recognize that they must fulfill this job later. This is especially important for youngsters from emergency service organisations.
